Having our son in El Salvador was so relaxing.

It's been 7 months since we had our baby and we're still receiving unexplained hospital bills in the mail. Hardly ever an adequate description of services. Just a QR code to pay online. It feels intentionally confusing and difficult to get answers. We want price transparency.

I still dream of a per-gram-plastic deposit and a one time subsidy on all existing plastic to get it started so there’s an incentive to put it in the right hole

When and how often does the city pick up the garbage in ALL of El Salvador? Where can I throw away an old furniture, etc?

In the manifesto, Allen mocked Secret Service for being "incompetent" and for the poor security at the hotel. Here is the manifesto, in part, per the New York Post: "Hello everybody! Do you ALWAYS have to go back through security after going through customs?
Or is the Dallas airport uniquely terrible in its inefficiency?
