@UIDAI @ceo_uidai My SRN S2016864693000 is marked “addressed” but home enrolment not yet processed. All required documents (Birth cert, Disability cert, Address proof) already submitted. Child has multiple disabilities & cannot visit centre. Request appointment. 🙏
