Day 47 of Runyon in a row! Today I hit a milestone: this is the first time since Aug 2, ‘20 that I’ve hiked sans hoodie! I used to wear the under-armor/t-shirt combo whenever I walked in my more svelte days. I’m not done, but now that I see results, it doesn’t feel as daunting.
