As info comes in... and we see that there are illegals voting... but not in the numbers that would sway an election... we need to seriously review "birthright citizens" and the impact their votes have on our elections... it's pretty simple for them to get a ballot... even never having resided on US soil... here's how (explained by Grok): As a U.S. citizen born in the United States (even if you left as an infant and never established ongoing residence), you generally qualify to vote in federal elections from abroad via absentee ballot. Your situation differs from citizens born abroad who have never lived in the U.S. You were born in a specific U.S. state, which typically serves as the basis for your voting residence (the state and locality that determines your ballot). Step 1: Determine Your Voting Residence (State) Use the state where you were born (your birth hospital or city address, or the address your parents used at the time of your birth). This counts as your "last U.S. address" or domicile for voting purposes, even without later physical residence or ties. If you (or your family) have any old records (birth certificate, early tax/medical docs, or family addresses), use the most relevant U.S. address from when you were in the country. Election officials prioritize the last known U.S. domicile. Important note: Some states have stricter rules for those who never "established residency" as an adult or for any meaningful period. Contact the election office in your birth state or use FVAP tools to confirm eligibility. In most cases, birth in the state qualifies you for at least federal elections (President, Senate, House). Step 2: Register and Request Your Ballot Use the Federal Post Card Application (FPCA) — this single form registers you (if needed) and requests your absentee ballot for federal elections. Best starting point: Go to FVAP.gov (Federal Voting Assistance Program). Their online assistant walks you through the form for your state, generates a printable FPCA, and provides deadlines/instructions. Or visit vote.gov/voting-outside… for official guidance. Alternatives: U.S. Vote Foundation (Overseas Vote) also offers helpful tools and a voter help desk. Submit the FPCA: Every January (or when you move). At least 45–90 days before the election for best results (ballots are sent ~45 days out). You can request electronic delivery (email/fax/online portal) in every state for faster access. Include: Your U.S. voting residence address (from birth/state of origin). Current overseas mailing/email address. Proof of identity/citizenship if requested (birth certificate copy, passport, etc., under penalty of perjury on the form). Step 3: Receive and Return Your Ballot Your state sends the ballot (paper or electronic). Vote it, sign as required, and return by the state's deadline (mail, email, or fax where allowed). Mail can be slow internationally — use electronic options when possible or diplomatic pouch via U.S. embassy/consulate if available. Track status via your state's election site or FVAP tools. Backup option: If your regular ballot doesn't arrive in time, use the Federal Write-In Absentee Ballot (FWAB) as an emergency measure (printable from FVAP.gov). Key Tips and Caveats Federal vs. state/local elections — You can always vote for federal offices. Some states allow full ballots; others limit overseas voters. Deadlines vary by state— Check your specific state's rules on FVAP.gov or vote.gov. No prior voting required — First-time voters are fine. Non-citizen parents— This doesn't affect your rights, as citizenship is by birth in the U.S. If issues arise— Contact your state's election office (find via FVAP or EAC.gov) or FVAP at vote@fvap.gov. U.S. embassies/consulates can provide forms and mailing help but cannot receive or process ballots. Start at FVAP.gov today with your birth state details — the process is designed for citizens exactly in situations like yours. Act early for the next election to avoid mailing delays. Good luck!

🚨Just in: South Dakota Senator Mike Rounds has announced he will vote against the bill to make daylight saving time permanent in the Senate “It doesn't work in South Dakota. I mean, we’d have kids going to school in the dark until 9 o'clock, 9:30 in the morning. It won't work.”

If our Republican Senate majority does NOT pass budget reconciliation 3.0 to include SAVE America Act funding, will you commit to helping me primary incumbent Senators in states like South Dakota, Oklahoma, & Alaska in 2028?

AS OF THIS MORNING The House is moving forward with a resolution to instruct budget reconciliation 3.0 to include the SAVE America Act: Require proof of citizenship & photo ID to vote. This is a reminder that reconciliation bills only require a majority vote in the Senate.

Yesterday, Democrats broke 60+ years of precedent to block funding for our military. They blocked critical funding for modernized equipment and pay raises for our troops. It’s a betrayal of our men and women in uniform.

The single most important thing we can do right now is ensure that SAVE America Act spending is included in the text of budget reconciliation 3.0: Proof of citizenship + photo ID.

Portland Police announce they don’t have the staff to handle emergency 911 calls and it’s taking over 40 minutes to respond 🚨 A woman was just forced to hold off a naked homeless man trying to grab her 7 year old without police help because they were busy “At 2.30am reporting a naked man harassing people in Waterfront Park. This escalated to an alleged attempt to grab a 7-year-old girl out of her parents' arms. The bureau says its officers were tied up with a barricaded suspect a mile away” “Earlier this month, a group of women held back an alleged attacker for 40 minutes until help arrived.” Democrats in Portland have been “defunding the police” they’ve approved about $21 million in cuts and hundreds of positions Portland now has one of the lowest officer-to-resident ratios among major U.S. cities at 1.26 per 1,000 residents Who needs enemies when you have Democrats

December 2025: Jack Smith swore under oath that he didn't spy on text messages belonging to members of Congress. Today: New evidence confirms he spied on dozens of members of Congress, myself included. This is a blatant abuse of power, and exactly what our Founders warned about.

I don't think the GOP fully grasp how badly they are fucking up right now. I'm talking to people who normally have ZERO interest in politics who are legitimately pissed off. They are not seeing the major reform they thought would happen and are REALLY MAD about it. No true accountability. No true mass deportations. No meaningful decrease in the deficit. Lots of very long vacations and no work. No bills being passed that REDUCE the government involvement in their lives. I'm very worried the GOP is sleepwalking toward a midterm reckoning they don’t see coming. People are pissed off that they voted Trump into office and then the GOP continues to slow-walk every reform people want. Where are all the DOGE cuts that were promised? Where is the SAVE ACT? Why haven't we defunded the Taliban yet? Why are bills passing the House and then disappear in the Senate? Why are the GOP still funding Left-wing NGOs that target and hate MAGA Republicans? Why are members of the GOP pushing for mass amnesty instead of mass deportations? People are waking up and they aren't happy about it. People believed they were voting for the Trump agenda. and instead, many feel like they’re getting the same old Washington. If Republicans in Congress don’t start producing tangible results, they’re going to discover that frustration has consequences... ...And by the time they realize how deep-seeded that frustration is, it may already be too late.
