$PRTG negotiated a definitive purchase agreement(Dec 24) for Immunova to acquire their INKT asset I suspect June 9 is the latest it will be concluded Their FY runs to 31/03- it is logical they would want to improve the balance sheet and clean the accounts for FY26. One to watch!

@bbddhhoo @FCAStocks There will be a significant rise in the very near short term period. I know your at a 10 avg rn ?caught on a spike in December . Will it go to 2.18? In the future who knows but I do know is we will see some serious moves shortly and positive ones .

$prtg wrap your head around this . $4m cash IOX on paper valued $100m not long ago , I don't suggest there get anywhere near that but still huge upside and been acquired - value tbc Fully owned adenosine asset acquired from Taurus in 2022 for $21m + add ons.
