It is such a tragedy that in India, a person who is falsely accused of a crime, cannot file a case against the person who falsely accused him under laws meant to punish false accusers once he is declared innocent It is only courts or police which can initiate proceedings under these laws and they rarely ever do Advocate @AshwiniUpadhyay has filed a PIL regarding this in Supreme Court and notice has been issued I really hope we see a fruitful outcome of this PIL. IT IS NEED OF THE HOUR

Never settle the cases outside courts.. This what else will happen

Yes we need a mindset change..! Women should not be given chance to sit ideal at homes. Any educated woman sitting at home must be penalised with a monthly fine deductible from the gold she accumulates… Any woman wilfully sitting at home, even after getting good education must surrender her degrees.

Public ne strong & independent psychologist ko rula diya. Uske bechare ex judge papa ko bhi nahi baksha. 😂 Public should keep exposing wrong doers like them.

“When is admitted fact that My wife is living in adultery with someone else.. Why should I pay the maintenance to her..!” Valid question!! But still My Lords don’t consider it a valid argument..! Now, tell who is encouraging the adultery?

A rare case…! Husband & wife decided to stay together. Domestic violence case to be quashed/withdrawn in Supreme Court. Sounds positive… right?❌ But here’s the catch 👇 The “settlement” says the husband will NOT live with his own parents. So basically: To save his marriage, he has to abandon his parents . This is how the advocate–mediation nexus works. Not solving disputes… but destroying families. And people still say the system is neutral. We always reiterate never bring a 498a wife back.

Men should avoid and actually boycott sitting in mediations with immediate effect until such orders are reversed. Whats the use to sit in mediation when they forcefully break the contracts illegally in favor of women?

A husband in Basti did 9 km dandavat yatra (prostrating all the way, fasting) just to thank God for his divorce! Married 2022 → constant fights & mental torture → family court case dragging for ~3-4 years → divorce finally in Jan 2026 Mannat he took- “If I get rid of my wife/get divorce, I will perform a dandavat yatra (prostration pilgrimage, lying flat like a rod and advancing step by step) from my village to the temple.” Court ne bhi na chhoda… Maa ne chhuda diya! 🙏 His knees were bloodied by the end, but he arrived at the temple with a peaceful expression, offered prayers and prasad, and thanked the goddess for freeing him.

Even school-going girls know what’s happening today in the name of “women empowerment” … and how boys are being treated with bias.

Just connect the dots. Why is “consent” suddenly made into a national crisis? Because in all three cases, the truth was simple: 👉 They had affairs outside the marriage. And when caught or questioned, what happens? 1️⃣ Domestic Violence case + Consent drama Suddenly “current consent”, “past consent”, “future consent”… Basically any alphabet they can throw to escape accountability. 2️⃣ Or the darker route: Finish off the husband and run away with the paramour. This isn’t woman empowerment.

What was in the book which frustrated the top judicial officials.?? Justice isn’t denied only when a court refuses relief — it’s denied when people are forced to wait endlessly for it. If cases drag for years, pushing people toward “compromise” just to escape the system, that’s not justice — that’s surrender under pressure.
