My sister's boyfriend's neighbor found a Pit Bull on the side of the road and brought it home. Not long after, he mauled the neighbor's arm, requiring 30 stitches to repair. The neighbor chose to keep the dog. A few days ago, the dog snatched her boyfriend's cat off his fence and mauled it to death. Pit Bulls should be banned from owning and breeding. Yes, that includes your "super sweet cuddly wuddly Pit angel that would never ever hurt anyone and wuvs belly rubs". All of them.

There's a large group of mid-30 somethings who are never going to have kids. They are living like they're in their 20's. Holidays, going out, living at the gym, drinking with their childless mates. They are not prepared to give up any of their time in bringing love (a small child) into the world. What's really caused this? I don't believe it has anything to do with the cost of raising children. People can live how they like, it is their choice - but I don't understand why people would choose to be an incomplete human being.

@FionaLondonarts It's infuriating! It's the same with early morning flights: for some reason, it's always middle aged women who feel the need to talk loudly and non-stop on those flights. Last time I flew, I broke and told a group of them to shut up because they were doing my head in.

I deliberately chose the 'quiet' carriage for my seven and a half hour train journey from London to the Scottish Highlands, hoping to get much work done. However... the two women next to me have been talking without pause for the past FIVE HOURS. I am going slightly demented...

@thejournal_ie While they are a complete nuisance they are also a very effective means of transport for many. A license of some kind should be required and they should also require licence plates so offenders can be identified. A complete ban is the cop out solution by clueless politicians.

@mjeslfc I don’t see any issue with men using the women’s bathroom especially with young kids! The men’s bathroom isn’t suitable for kids because of urinals on full view. These days bathroom cleaners are both genders anyway so what does it matter?

No man should be in female only spaces. I don't care if he has a daughter. I have a daughter. I don't want him in her space. Now, in an emergency, I would help a dad with his daughter by asking staff to cordon off the toilet whilst he went in with her, but only in emergencies.
