I always thought @HallamFC1860 was a family club. A pasty, a pint, rival banter & 90 minutes away from the real world. Apparently being a non-league supporter now requires a political manifesto, & the investigative skills of Panorama! It feels like the committee are facing a public inquiry every week, despite being volunteers with no ownership of the club. If you’re happy just supporting the Countrymen at Sandygate, scroll past the noise & wait for the next @HallamFC1860 update instead…😉 far more exciting. For those wanting to get involved & move the club forward, there are official updates on the website plus the supporters meeting on 11th June. At the end of the day, everyone wants what’s best for @HallamFC1860 💙

Oh dear… apparently having a different opinion whilst remaining anonymous has caused quite the drama for the supporters of @HallamFC1860 Just to clear a few things up for the conspiracy theorists — I’m not the chairman, his wife, on the committee, or a volunteer. Does it really matter who I am? Funny how it only seems to matter to people who don’t agree with me. Change is inevitable at football clubs. Managers, players and committees come and go — that’s football. Personally, I think the club deserves slightly more than 24 hours before being declared doomed because they haven’t replaced a manager with rather large boots to fill. I’m not delusional, just optimistic — which feels like a fairly essential trait when supporting a football club. The fans, volunteers and foundations are still there, despite the weekly predictions of total collapse. From what I understand, the club wants supporters to get involved and become future stakeholders. The upcoming meeting seems the perfect place for constructive opinions and ideas… far more productive than exchanges on X.  Step 4 was always going to be tough, but that shouldn’t erase everything the club achieved. As for me, I’ll continue avoiding the daily blame game and the race to post the most dramatic comment under every club update. I’m simply a lady offering a more positive viewpoint — one you’re perfectly entitled to agree or disagree with.💙

Dearest @HallamFC1860 supporters 💙 Plenty have opinions… How fortunate, then, that match day offers the perfect opportunity to show support instead. To reiterate the club’s statement last week, “we remain committed to retaining the community involvement in the club.” @hallamfc1860’s success isn’t down to luck — it was built by tireless effort & the unwavering commitment of its board and volunteers. 2 home games left … So get involved and let’s all stand together as one club 💙

@hallamfc1860 stands on years of quiet graft, loyalty, and community spirit. It was built -not bought. Rather than forming separate groups that risk challenging the committee and volunteers, why not work alongside them to build on what we already have? Stand beside it, not against it.
