Hey @JetBlue thx for nothing. I reserved aisle seat for my disabled mother weeks ago, then the gate agent chged her to a middle seat wo telling her (English not her first lang btw) so she couldn’t climb over to use bathroom for 6 hours. I called-they told me too bad. Shameful.
