@virginmedia @virginmedia can I ask are you happy with no apology for so many stressful hours - and the work on my part to find your fault? An insulting £10 compensation and I'VE still got to contact Netflix to ask for a refund for the two weeks you cut me off from Netflix - and pay again 🤬

@virginmedia Furious with @virginmedia They lost my payment two weeks ago. 6 hours of phone calls, 10 emails and being cut off also Netflix. Now admitted it was thier fault, reconnected after IMMEDIATE PAYMENT AGAIN but 3-5 day wait for MY REFUND? Only a £10 apology - shocking 🤬🤬🤬

@nat_darkchoc @marksandspencer @MartinSLewis The lady was quite old and really upset as she wanted to pay cash, she might have needed to have that money in her bank to pay bills.
They take cash but in a separate till and the cashiers attitude was very uncaring and I was very upset for her.

@marksandspencer @janecrispdaly @MartinSLewis Safer for staff to not handle cash. They touch other customers shopping after handling cash. Everyone should use cards where possible. Good job M&S for trying to keep everyone happy and safe.
