@LloydsBank Not really! They haven’t explained why other than that they are not liable. They’ve been told to fill in a form for the ombudsman. We are talking thousands of pounds. They have been given v little help

@LloydsBank apparently your money is safe with Lloyds, however all our money was taken in fraud and @LloydsBank see fit to only pay half of it back. All our money and investments may be going elsewhere if this cannot be sorted!

@LloydsBank Lloyds have said they are not liable for rest of the money! This is a really bad service. They have money in the bank but feel they have been let down by Lloyds.

@janeyg75 Hi Jane, I'm John. Sorry to hear this has happened. Was your money taken by bank transfer or card payment? Did our Fraud team advise why you could only get half of your money back? Please feel free to DM your response.

@LloydsBank It was my parents money, and it was a significant amount. They received a call from the Lloyds Bank number that it on the cards, and they were told they needed to move their money to a different account as they were at risk of fraud. They were instructed to move the money online!
