it was playkit's 10 month anniversary last week and it's amazing to look back on how we used to do things
just build. it doesn't need to be perfect (much of our ops still isn't), but as you grow and learn your processes will too. be scrappy and be fast

tiktok is a generational opportunity
it's like having access to millions of people in one room + being able to hear their opinion (for free)
take advantage of this with:
> validating a product idea
> building a waitlist
> testing a new feature
> finding a boyfriend

went viral on tiktok for my bangs (nobody liked them)
it made me realize that the types of people who comment on posts are likely:
> lonely
> opinionated
> depressed
if you want easy engagement, give people something to comment on. give them the opportunity to be negative
