Yes, that was a #tornado in Montebello. There was a clear (albeit weak) rotation signature on radar-where red meets green in this pic I took as it was happening. And of course, the video provides confirmation it touched down. #CAwx #CArainyday #severeweather #weather #radar

@JeffGordonWDRB It's going to be bad, exacerbated by the snow melt runoff. Looks like the WPC just upgraded the flooding risk to HIGH.

@realwxforecast The second storm's plume is certainly directed farther south initially and maintains its strength over SoCal. So yes, will be interesting to see how it shakes out!

Curious if SoCal will get more precp forecasted for next week. Right now it is the same as tomorrow, in terms amounds. The Sub tropical ridge is bumping up the AR track, to Central CA, northward.

@DigitalNomadArt It appears that way for the first event, except in Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties. Second event is more of a wildcard at this point!
