I’ve been trying to get my small residential project through the @SCE portal for nearly four months. No replies in the portal. Many unanswered emails, despite read receipts showing they were opened. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially when there are no real alternatives. This process needs basic accountability and responsiveness.
