@Jenny_1884 My nanna lived to 102 years old they told her to cut down on fatty stuff and said her cholesterol was up and told her to stop using butter , imagine being told that at her age, she laughed and said as for the butter I will just scrape it on and scrape it off 🤣

I’ve gone back to drinking full fat milk, use real butter & lard because I think we were wrongly advised these products were bad for you when in fact they aren’t. Have others changed back?

I used to work for @RoyalMail and an ex-colleague told me that mail is now regularly held back. I have been waiting for a letter for 10 days which I know has been sent! Disgraceful and never happened 20 years ago.
