@VirginAtlantic Flight delayed for more than 5 hours!!!! Passengers made to sit inside the airplane! No food given ..except a brownie/ biscuit!!! No update!! Extremely annoyed and disappointed!!

@Argos_Online after trying soooo many times finally managed to get hold of someone on chat, arranged pick up for refund item and the driver did not show up!!! Really annoyed at customer service ..can you help for the item to be picked up??
