@AldiUK pls can you tell me when Prime Glowberry/Lemonade will drop in stores. I’ve been in a few store on Thursday/Friday and was told it’s been delayed.
They haven’t looked at my account even though I’ve put my account details in. What a complete waste of time. Ask for someone to ring be to be told they can’t do that as digital only. if I want to speak to someone i’ve got to phone in….. Unbelievable
@virginmedia how dare you say my complaint is resolved when I’m still having broadband issues. Had 3 engineers out. Last ones just left says a network issue and he can’t do anything. This has been going on for months. Terrible customer service. @MartinSLewis
once again your terrible service continues. due a call back from the engineer who did nothing yesterday. didn’t happen. start a web chat and filled in all my details. 20mins later someone starts the chat after saying they were on already. They blamed not getting a ping to alert.
