My coworker said she was running to the bathroom real quick... and disappeared for almost 30 minutes. I went in to check and heard someone in one of the stalls crying... not just quiet tears... I'm talking about the kind of crying you can't hold in. I didn't say anything… I just walked back out and went to work. A few minutes later, she came out smiling like nothing ever happened, like she didn't just break down. That really stuck with me because some people don't get the luxury of falling apart out loud.
