@Mollyploofkins @elonmusk I'm a federal employee with experience in both private and government sectors. The same bell curve applies to both. Eventually, no one will want to work for the government, and perhaps that's the plan. I have always looked at the work I do as serving my country.

Failure to respond will be taken as a resignation.

@elonmusk @realDonaldTrump I voted for Donald Trump, but this is asinine. You won't understand what the employee does and the importance of the person to the agency they work in. People also take leave who will not see the email. Do you know how many emails I don't read? Too busy-I don't have the time!

@elonmusk Maximizing efficiency means centralizing data systems and utilizing AI and low-code tools to cut application development costs. The issue is that the world changes fast, but building applications still takes too long to keep pace. The challenge is getting buy-in from leadership!

@elonmusk As a federal employee committed to efficiency, I am concerned with the one-size-fits-all decision impacting federal employees who work in the field or live in areas without access to a local office who are remote. The need for flexible work arrangements wasn’t created by COVID.
