It'll sound crazy for many westerner, but many people in Asia simply never paid attention to the fact white people have different eye colors. When Iived in Japan, I was out in a bar with some friends and that topic came up. Even though they were well traveled Japanese people, they were genuinely surprised when I told them that eye color were a thing. I even had to show them my passport where eye color is displayed next to size and gender. Then spent the next 20m or so going over all the white people we knew and asking me what their eye color were. When you grow up in an environment where everybody has the same eye color, you simply never learn to pay attention to it. Instead, Japanese people rely on other facial feature to recognize people, such as the shape of the nose or whether eyelids have one of two folds. This in turns, explain why Japanese people tend to think white people all look like each others, and also why westerner struggle to recognize Japanese people. We grew up paying attention to a different sets of facial features.

NASA's Artemis II is a masterclass in what not to do. It was very amateurish, with potatoe quality cameras in the capsule for instance, but the problems are too numerous in a 6h livestream to list. I'll just select 2: 1. The liftoff, where the rocket move off camera and the cameraman is not ready. 2. The SRB separation, where the the crowd was the start of the show. It's no bad it looks like a student project thrown together hastily in a weekend. If the is representative of NASA's culture, and more importantly attention to details, I'm worried for the astronauts.
