@MudassirSheikha Hi Mudassir. Hate to reach out directly like this, but I thought you should be aware of the lack of support I’ve received from your team regarding an issue with Careem Pay. Since April 18th, I’ve had a 660 AED transfer “on hold”.

@MudassirSheikha There was never any UI indication to show what the issue could have been, only the prompt to KYC again (whereas the user had attempted previously). Very challenging to understand what could have went wrong, and what to do to solve. Might be worth looking into.

@MudassirSheikha Hi @MudassirSheikha, I wanted to share an update: the team was able to solve it on the 7th KYC attempt. Though we were able to get through it, I would be concerned that other users ar experiencing the same and not seeking support, just churning.

I am a massive @Careem fan and truly think that Careem Pay has the potential to be the Venmo of our region, but this experience has put that into doubt. My 660 AED has been held for three weeks with no end in sight and little help from your support team.
