You know what I haven’t missed for the last several weeks? New clips of The View.

CS agents all ended either in getting my chat window closed or telling me that they needed to escalate my issue and that someone would reach via email “soon.” If I hadn’t prepaid, I’d cancel and take my business elsewhere. Sling used to be a great service, now - not so much.

I could call customer service and speak to a live person. Now, it’s all online chat & from what I’ve experienced - all overseas customer service centers. For 4 days, Sling CS couldn’t seem to care that I can’t watch channels I’m clearly paying for. I’ve interacted w/ 5 different

@slinganswers Y’all have issues. Just finished a chat with support. I’m about done with y’all. I can’t talk to anyone and every time I chat with support no one resolves my issues. The chat gets cut short and I’m told it’s been escalated. No one ever reaches out. I’ve prepaid for my package

@jasongordon Hi Jason. The channels in the Sports Extra will vary depending on the service you are subscribed to. To access SEC, SEC+, and ESPNU, plus the channels you have now, you will need to subscribe to Sling Orange+Blue and Sports Extra. ~ZEE R.

@slinganswers I’m missing channels in the Sports Extras package. I’m getting channels like NFL Network and Redzone but not SEC of ACC Networks. I’m also not getting ESPNU. I can search for games that show on those channels but they show as locked and the app is asking me to purchase them again

Hey @Chase - is it your policy that you allow an errant transaction that was $29,000 over its proper amount & over our credit limit to just post our credit card account without verifying it? Been sitting here with no resolution for 3 days.

3. Law enforcement impotent to stop or investigate violent crime.

You get: 1. Law abiding citizens unable to defend themselves against criminals who will never worry about laws. 2. Mentally ill mass shooters - who will do unspeakable things to obtain weapons & use them against innocents.

Let’s walk down the hypothetical road…if you: 1. Make guns illegal to own. 2. Instead of walking people who struggle with mental health issues to health, we enable them in it. 3. Reduce the number of law enforcement staff - uniform officers, detectives.
