@jamespchuck @rgj Last time I remember a Hilton branded property downtown was Flamingo Hilton, but that one had gaming. Last national non-gaming brand was maybe Hampton Inn before it got folded into Harrah's IIRC? Whitney Peak ownership stays the same but Hilton branding boosts exposure for sure
