As of yesterday, Ontario is out of compliance with the Canada Health Act because Doug Ford's government missed the federal deadline to fund nurse practitioners.
Now Ontarians are being forced to pay out of pocket for primary care. 2.5 million people don't have a family doctor, and this Minister has no plan to fix it.

@jaspreeeetkaur That is odd if getting the correct modem onto your account has been figured out to be the issue and an appropriate ticket has been escalated. When was the last ticket escalated on your account for you? -^rm

@RogersHelps on 7 days of internet connectivity issues. The technician came and couldn’t resolve the issue. Each ticket we get, they close saying they can’t pinpoint the problem (problem being our model isn’t on the account) May as well just cancel our service at this point.

@jaspreeeetkaur Thank you for those details Jaspreet, the modem not being provisioned to your account would definitely cause the problem but that should be able to be resolved via a ticket to have it provisioned. Has the modem provisioning been the problem for more than one ticket already? -^rm

@RogersHelps Nothing works. The technician gave us a new modem but the new modem is not connected to our account for some reason. Everytime a ticket is given, they close it saying the see no issue. The issue is that our modem is not recieving internet connection. We have no wifi signal

@jaspreeeetkaur Yikes, that certainly does sound frustrating. Let's do a quick bit of troubleshooting together, are all of your devices offline at this time? Do you have any hardwired devices that are working? -^rm

@RogersHelps You’ve created over 15 tickets at this point and keep closing all of them without fixing our internet. We went from slow connectivity to no connection at all.

@RogersHelps our internet has been out since Friday, march 13. We’ve called Roger’s 5 times and each representative tells us the issue will be resolved in 24 hours. One even sent us a new modem which won’t activate. It’s Wednesday, March 18 now and still no fix…

@RogersHelps No updates at all. We were told we would get text or call but nothing in days. We have to keep calling back and each representative says they’ll submit a ticket and for us to be patient. It’s been 5 days of “being patient”
