@SumUp I AM STILL AWAITING URGENT UPDATE ON THIS SINCE FRIDAY MY MONEY HAS BEEN HELD NOT EVEN A CENT OF COMMUNICATION FROM SUM UP PAY THIS IS RIDICULOUS
@SumUp Over 24 hours later and my £600 Faster Payment from Barclays is still missing. Barclays confirmed the payment was fully released, my account is active, and a smaller payment before it arrived fine. No update and no real support. Please investigate ASAP.
