I remember one traffic warden around okota that they called yellow, that man was a celeb.

Lagos without Lastma was hellfire because it was traffic wardens from the police that controlled traffic, and those ones decide when to resume or which day to even show up. As a kid, Adetokunbo ademola intersection into ozumba was chaos every morning. A 2 lane road go turn 4 lanes, zero traffic lights, no traffic warden until that old woman came who now retired from the police and joined LCC, she brought so much calm to that road that News Line did a feature on her. Lagos without Lastma was something I dont want to remember.
