The state knows better than any of us that Islam is violent. They've told us that the terror watchlist is massive. Far larger than it should be. 40,000 suspects is not background noise. That's an army of infiltration to wishes us harm. Islamism has kept into all of our institutions and it's running our town halls. It's a very very serious security threat. We are encouraged to believe it's a minority of moslems, but that doesn't add up when you look at moslem social attitude surveys. They are the sea that extremists swim in. Islam is inherently violent and opposed to any notion of British values and the establishment knows it. There is no pretending otherwise. The state, though, is a greater danger to public safety, "community cohesion" and national security, because they know all this, while refusing to name the danger, and while holding the door open so that anyone can set up shop in Britain - even if their name is Jihad. Those tasked with safeguarding our freedoms and security have buried their heads in the same and simply hope the problem will go away. Policymakers believe it is just a matter of integration, and that "community cohesion" problems can be ironed out with electoral bribes, "investment" in the NHS and all the other familiar tropes. They simply will not entertain acting in in the interests of our own people. In fact, they are so afraid of confronting reality that they want to suppress all debate about it. Debate is unhelpful because debate produces facts they would rather not know. This is why the police are sending snatch squads in the middle of the night to arrest people for memes. They don't want to discuss the issues in their own circles or admit what they know to be true, and they do not want us talking about it either. They've simply concluded that doing something about it is far too contentious and too much of a hot potato so they will let it fester. This is the exact same reason why they turned a blind eye to the mass exploitation of young girls. This is why it's still happening and this is why the threat of Islamic terrorism never goes away. The are solutions to this, of course. We must put Islam in the UK on notice. We must ban the burtka and similar ethnic garb, ban cousin marriage, shut down sharia courts, ban the call to prayer, shutter any mosques linked with extremism (which is probably most of them) and put CCTV in the remaining ones. Certainly, no moslem should be allowed to hold public office. On top of that we need an enhanced and accelerated programme of remigration. Antisemitism and ideas that run counter to British enlightenment values are part of the religious curriculum in Pakistan, and as such, it should inform our immigration policy. There's no good reason why we should allow flights from Pakistan to land in Britain. I also think we're running out of road for a peaceful solution to the dinghy crisis. Either the government gets a grip before Christmas or people will start to demand live-fire military solutions. The bottom line is that we have tolerated too much for too long. Appeasement doesn't work - nor should be try. There is no point attempting to appease a religious ideology that wants us dead or enslaved whatever we do. The line must be drawn here.
