Some positive news from Ghana’s state-owned oil refinery, TOR, today. The new management has submitted six years’ worth of audited financial statements to SIGA. Yes, for six years, audited financial statements were not submitted to the oversight body. The new management has also reported a profit for the first time in a decade.
