@AerLingus are you guys joking? Left Cork at 01:00 in the morning to make my 07:20 flight to Lyon for the start of @rugbyworldcup only to be told that my flight is cancelled 3 hours before departure at 04:20? Shocking airline.

“Technical reasons” are not an extraordinary circumstance in line with the EC 261/2004 regulation. Please explain to me why my Flight was cancelled.

…continued - I just spoke with an agent on your customer service line named “Do” who was very impatient and rude with my request. She mentioned that she could not provide me with the reason for my disrupted flight and mentioned that it was likely due to “technical reasons”

@AerLingus Cancelled flight, no explanation, instructed to exclaim for compensation by the airport staff and had to spend an extra €250 to make our destination on time. Very interested to have the “extraordinary circumstances” explained to me.

@AerLingus Submitted all my documents on 08/09/2023. Had to pay an extra €250 to get to my final destination via train due to the cancellation on @AerLingus behalf. Just received an email saying that I am not entitled to a refund? please explain yourselves.

@48Ireland my wife’s membership never auto renewed yesterday and she is now stuck without any signal at work and is now unable to renew it due to an “error”. Really disappointing. Please help.

@jay_cowie @Springboks @GovernmentZA Parking is free from Centurion, Midrand, Marlboro and Sandton. Upon entry you need to take a paper ticket from the boom machine. When exiting you need to visit the ticket office and present the paper ticket to teller and they will assist you.
