@JClarkNBCS Kerk deserves every bit of criticism he gets. LITERALLY threw the season away. Topper needs to be fired for even giving Kerkering a chance. The guy has been HISTORICALLY bad under pressure and Topper went to him with the season on the line. Team is full of FUCKING IDIOTS.

I've never been so disappointed w/ @BrilliantEarth @ KOP. We went in to look at future wedding bands (since my engagement ring is from there), & were told that there was a wait so no one could "help us". Mind you, three of their associates were on iPads w/1 customer in the store

I really though the ways of customer service changed over the course of the years but sadly I was mistaken when @kirklands provided the absolute worst customer service there was when they believed a delivery picture of a building instead of listening to the customer.

One in KC where he backed up a very good Alex Smith, that then turned into Mahomes, and two good systems with the birds. In the former, he never started. In the latter he was brilliant.
