@Sarinmsari Hey buddy just gone through the flow and its good.. Add on: do give a light theme too... And also do categorise fixes, updates, addons and summary more specific (adding a clear persona fixes it) yep that's it and the flow is quite impressive... Good 👏...

@jayasurya_rd31 that immersion is actually the hard part nobody talks about. Most people skip it and build what they think locals need. You're doing the work that makes the difference. it gets easier once you stop trying to understand and just start listening.

In business, my first lesson: You don’t “manifest” a $1M business from your bed. You actually build something… a product, a service, even a simple medium Basically: Stop dreaming like a CEO Start working like an unpaid intern...

It’s not even a live product yet, and the issue isn’t just onboarding. We had a clear vision for the end product, but somewhere during development, the delivery drifted in a different direction. Now it needs a proper restructure before it can truly hit the market. Simple rule: if you’re not satisfied with your own product, how can you expect your customers to be?

@jayasurya_rd31 respect the honesty but full rebuilds are dangerous. patching the worst 3 onboarding steps ships in a week and you keep momentum. rebuilds can quietly kill startups

What we did took guts. We went straight to users, gave them the product, and got hit with the truth: Onboarding sucks. The product looks modern, even gamified… but the flow? Feels old-school. Dashboard, analytics, workspace: disconnected experience. So we made a call: Rebuild. No rush. No ego. We’d rather take time and ship something users actually flow with. Note to builders: It's a buyer's market now. If you don't understand your user's pulse, you're just building noise. #BuildInPublic #startuplife #dailylogs
