Pieter-Steph du Toit is truly rugby's GOAT at constantly being injured and missing club rugby then being fit again just in time to play a whole international season.
Warburton used to have a reputation for this but PSdT takes it to another level. Only 3 club games in 2 years!

Really really irritated me that by Eben. Deliberate and thuggish act. He’s not actually that kind of player but that doesn’t matter now. Utterly unforgivable anyway and particularly for a player of his experience and stature.

You don’t know it yet, but the Springboks are peaking mid-cycle just like the 2017 All Blacks. Everyone will find a way to shut down Sacha, the old guard won’t make it, and the run will be all over. There’s always euphoria at the market tops before the bubble bursts.

@PiarasMurphy @StephenFerris6 Exactly right. If SA kept taking scrums when awarded penalties, Ireland could have gone down to 10 or fewer players because they had a weaker scrum. It's farcical, a team can't make it's scrum stronger mid game, and sending it's best scrummagers off obviously makes it worse.

Should South Africa be drawn into the same pool as the Wallabies, it will be the perfect RWC opener in Perth. A good smashing by Aussie is on the cards, like Ellis Park, and then the ABs have a chance to finish them off in the quarters. The only two nations that can deal to the Boks. A big dose of ANZAC spirit down under!
