@EoinA10466 @Avukile Lad think what you like. Thankfully the vast majority of people in real life (not sad basement dwelling twitter weirdos) were happy for Edwin. Btw - you can hold this position and not be pro mass uncontrolled immigration

Ireland is another country (like South Africa) that I find very interesting (derogatory). The country constantly attempts to frame itself as a poster child for social justice meanwhile the bulk of its citizens are the most racist motherfuckers you’d ever encounter.

@EoinA10466 @Avukile Yes joining a twitter pile on for a 22 year old on what should be the proudest day of his life makes Ireland look bad and makes you look like a dickhead

@Battle_for_Eire @Mattladd1 If I have Irish parents, who move to Spain, before I am born, I grow up there, speak Spanish as my first language. I am Spanish of Irish heritage, not Irish. Simple

The Ideological Battle for the future of Ireland
@Mattladd1 Edwin is not Irish. This is not racist. A dog born in a stable is not a horse. Can I point out how stupid your reasoning is? Lets say I am born in Tokyo and my parents are Irish. As a family we move back to Ireland after 20 years. Am I Japanese? Of course not. Stop the sillyness

@WendelBloem1 @scrumming_ten It’s a tiny minority of nut cases on twitter - I try not to judge South African people by how they behave on this app either… although it can’t be difficult sometimes

@DrUmarAlQadri I’m sorry for any man’s loss however you clearly don’t belong in Ireland. Cultural and religious differences are too big. Stay where you came from. Spread the word in Pakistan too, Irelands a Christian country 🇮🇪

Leaving Ireland today with a heart heavier than words can express. Just last week, on Friday, I returned from Pakistan after spending six days there on holiday. I could never have imagined that within days I would be boarding another flight back, this time carrying the body of my dear friend and brother, Arif. For 15 years, Brother Arif stood by my side and served the Islamic Center with sincerity, loyalty, and humility. He had no family members here in Ireland and we were his family. And now, as head of the organisation , it is my responsibility and honour to accompany him on his final journey home to Pakistan, where I will hand him over to his loved ones. Please keep Brother Arif in your prayers. May Allah grant him the highest place in Jannah, forgive his shortcomings, and give patience to his family and all of us who mourn him. Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un.

🗣️ "We haven't been playing our best rugby" 🗣️ "Our confidence isn't what it was 2 or 3 years ago" 🗣️ "They seem to always have issues with Scotland. Just Scotland!" Stuart McCloskey gets brutally honest about where Ireland's game is at the moment, but believes their building towards something "pretty special." @nonregemesse I actually agree with this, there is so so much more to Ireland historically, culturally etc than fighting/ hating the brits. It just starts to make us look a bit petty and insignificant if people base their whole Irish identity on that

@irishnational10 @thats_it1cemore @robggill And by the way - you can be against mass uncontrolled immigration into Ireland and at the same time be happy for a very humble 22 year old kid who didn’t go to a few paying school making his debut for Ireland

Yesterday, three young men of Irish-African backgrounds represented their families, community, clubs and country with distinction, skill and honour - (RB getting a deserved MoTM award) - This is something vile SM bullies will never achieve. #ireita

@irishnational10 @thats_it1cemore @robggill You clearly struggle with basic reading comprehension. Two of the lads have one Irish parents. All three were born and grew up in Ireland. If I was born in china, spoke mandarin as my first language, represented a Chinese sport team I would be considered Chinese, obviously

@thats_it1cemore @robggill All three born in Ireland, two with an Irish parents. I think if I was born in Spain and lived all my life in Spain I’d be Spanish with Irish heritage. You just have a problem with it because they’re black - at least be honest about it

🇪🇸 Spain's Oriol Marsinyac, a centre who can also play back row and was highly impressive last year in the World U20 Championship, is set to make his senior international debut age just 18 this weekend. Note he is at Toulouse Espoirs and from same Sant Cugat club Merkler is from.

@wilywackerwizrd @RuaidhriOC Agreed. Knee jerk reactions because we were playing Italy ignore the fact that they are now a very decent outfit. Thought we were much, much better than last week

@RuaidhriOC I seem to be in the minority but my god, this is an unbelievable Italian side! A very changed side with multiple binjuries and Lions hangover. Some questions to answer but we’re not what we were but Jesus Christ you’d think we just got hammered by them with this reaction.
