The amount of people posting about hints of the Bears “polar Bear jerseys” when it’s like 99.9% just Rome being Bob Ross in the schedule release video lol

This is actually a great litmus test for how long you've been a Bears fan.

Last year I saw the same fans get upset because we picked Loveland. They were upset when we drafted Burden instead of a RB. They were upset we drafted ozzy trapilo because he wasn’t a popular name. Then got upset because we waited till the 7th to draft a RB. We went on to go 11-6

It's weird waking up the morning after NBA playoff games, turning on the TV and not getting startled by a rerun of Charmed blaring at volume 50 while fumbling for the remote to turn it down.

Been there since Jan. De’Zhaun Stribling is my #1 target at WR for the Bears. Which means he’s being drafted by Green Bay lol

This guy was a dancing star in the stands last night at Hornets. Crowd loved him. For you old-timers, he reminded me a little of the guy in the white button down shirt who used to come out and randomly do flips on the court at the old Coliseum. Anybody else remember that?

Chicago said they want to increase defensive team speed. 10 yard split of top S prospects: Thieneman 1.52 Payne 1.52 Scott 1.53 Smith 1.53 Clark 1.56 Kilgore 1.56 Ramsey 1.57 Taaffe 1.58 EMW 1.58 Haulcy 1.62 Wheatley 1.64 For those wondering, Coby Bryant 1.54. 1) Keionte Scott needs to be talked about as a 2nd round choice for CHI more(1.53 and 4.33 40) 2) I wonder if AJ Haulcy and Zakee Wheatley aren’t twitchy enough for what Dennis Allen wants.

Can't blame the Bears for trying. Bad look for the NFL.
Ian Rapoport@RapSheet

The #Bears have been lobbying for draft pick compensation following the hire of Ian Cunningham as #Falcons GM. Today, the NFL responded stating there will be no picks coming: “The matter is now closed following the club’s appeal. The NFL informed the Bears today they will not receive compensatory picks. The policy is designed to provide picks for the Primary Football Executive position. The League determined Mr. Cunningham did not fill that role with the Falcons as it is defined in League rules.”

I hope the Bears insert into evidence the GM photo taken two days ago where Ian was part of the group and Matt Ryan was not. You can’t have it both ways, Roger. Ian hiring an assistant GM yesterday also is another clue that Ian is operating as a GM If the Bears don’t win the appeal, it’s such an odd hill for the NFL to die on. The spirit of the rule was fully executed and upheld. The Bears shouldn’t be penalized for Atlanta’s unusual org structure when the work being done by Ian is that of a GM, which the Falcons have clearly stated. I don’t see any upside for the NFL here to continue denying the Bears those picks.

Kevin Warren and George McCaskey said the Bears are still appealing the NFL's decision to not give them compensatory picks for Ian Cunningham's departure. They expect an answer soon. McCaskey, Warren and GM Ryan Poles visited with commissioner Roger Goodell in New York City and stated the team's case to receive comp picks based on their belief that Cunningham's departure/hire as GM in Atlanta fulfills Rooney Rule obligations that should net Chicago 2 compensatory third round picks.

@jaybrannon Sure, but it's not the same. Backing into a spot, you already know what's behind you, because you drove that path. Backing out of a spot leaves you with more blind spots, so you have to inch out. I've done it enough to know it's 10x easier to back in.
