@FowobiofLagos You sound so dumb. Go sit your stupid ass down! Try using your own words next time. The movie was phenomenal! Go watch a lying documentary
I finally watched MICHEAL… and I get why people are arguing.
This isn’t a biopic.
It’s PR with a budget.
Jaafar Jackson did his thing, no doubt. The voice, the movement, the aura… he STUDIED Michael Jackson properly.
But acting alone can’t save a story that’s scared of itself.
They biggest issue?
The film avoids the hardest conversations.
You can’t tell the story of one of the most controversial figures in pop culture and then… tiptoe around the controversy.
That’s not storytelling. That’s image management.
It feels like the movie is constantly protecting him instead of exploring him.
Every rough edge is softened.
Every uncomfortable moment is rushed.
Every question… quietly dodged.
A great biopic doesn’t worship.
It reveals.
Think of films that show BOTH brilliance and flaws. That’s what makes legends human.
This one just wants you to clap.
The crazy part? There’s actually a GREAT movie hiding inside this one.
The music sequences? Fire.
The performance scenes? Electric.
The emotional depth? Barely scratched.
You leave the cinema entertained… but not enlightened.
And for a figure as complex as Michael Jackson, that feels like a missed opportunity.
Final take:
If you’re a fan, you’ll enjoy it.
If you’re looking for truth, depth, or balance… you might be disappointed.
And that’s where the real debate starts.
What do you think? Did the film tell the truth… or just protect a legacy?
@DK_Assist@BirdDog502@DKSportsbook Disgusting. Early exit regardless of the premise should be covered. I've had enough of DraftKings. I'm gone to another platform.
Here is everything Dawn Staley had to say today about Geno Auriemma, his statement, and her perspective:
"No distractions at this time... I grew up in the projects of North Philly. 215, 267 area code. Nothing can derail us, or me, from staying with the task at hand."
@TheRealChadRyan@Sean_Zittel He wasn't done done. He was getting hit but it was volume & not bombs so the ref made a judgment call. Definitely could've gone on longer
@nbastats
At halftime Julius Randle had 3 rebounds. A few mins into the 3rd quarter a rebound was taken away for no apparent reason, which left him with only 2. What is going on? Please credit his rebound back for a total of 5 rebounds for the game. Thank you.
At what point does the NFL admit officiating is actively hurting the product? That Rams TD call defied the rulebook after review. When video evidence doesn’t matter, integrity doesn’t exist. It’s time for a full overhaul of replay and officiating standards. @NFL@NFLOfficiating
@NBAStatAuditor why you taking stats from players all the time this Year it can’t become more obvious than this sport is Rigged. You took a Rebound from Josh Hart
Where do these rebounds end up going when yall steal em all week i done watched players go from 5/6 before the half 3rd quarter starts & they under a rebound where they was at josh hart just had 7 at halftime 3 minutes into the 3rd he has 6 HOW LIKE WTF @nbastats@nba@ESPNNBA
@pitt_fan51 Wrong. AJ Brown had a td exactly like this butbon the sideline before going out & it was called a td because he caught it, extended it, 2 feet before ball being knocked away & just like Likely. Same play.
x.com/i/status/19980…
See people are saying, “if you get 2 feet in bounds before going out, it’s a catch” when talking about the Likely waived off TD. While yes, that is PARTIALLY true, people are leaving out you still have to maintain control of the ball to the ground or a step or two out.
@BleacherReport 100% intentional. Teammate was like what? He ignores him. Even the refs didn't want to receive the ball from him. Bizarre & intentional. Definitely investigate him.
The shade that Snow is getting on this is INSANE. Was it a good play? No. Was it in any way nefarious? No. He’s running towards the scoreboard end of the field, he gets turned around by the throw, gets going again and clearly looks at the video board……
@MikeGilliland2@NFL_DovKleiman Then why zero celebration? Turns, teammate is completely in shock. Even the refs didn't want to receive the football. 100% intentional
Insane: Buffalo WR Victor Snow had a WIDE-OPEN touchdown but decided to step out of bounds in the 3rd quarter down 15 points...
Snow needs to be investigated by the FBI.
Gambling is genuinely ruining the sport 🤦♂️
