@jayjaay4_ @YouTube @YouTubeCreators yeha since December I have been having issues with stats displaying, all i get from YT support it 'are the aps up to date, clear cache, try different account' just shy of 2 months later, same issues still there across all devices

Is anyone else having problems with their YT studio? Ours is showing less views than on YouTube, we have videos missing on our latest published content and revenue is about 90% down on our latest video too… I’m guessing this has to be a bug @youtube @YouTubeCreators @YouTubeInsider

I have noticed before that YouTube Studio tends to under-report views. For example, it might show 1k views at 6 am, but when you check again at 2 pm, that 1k has jumped to 1.5k. It seems like the system validates the views and then increases the total later on. ​I have also seen content on Facebook show zero earnings at first, only for the data to be added days later. It could just be a reporting issue with how these platforms process information.

New 24h view record for the channel 🎉 3:50 AVD on a 17 minute video 😂 If you could see the top traffic source, it would all make sense. But this is why AVD is a near pointless metric, it’s too noisy

I never show revenue, but this video has been an absolute beast for us… We’ve gone on to do such amazing things for the dogs we’ve rescued because of this video This is a HUGE outlier on the channel, in terms of views and revenue, a huge shoutout to @LeroyterBraak for helping with packaging and storytelling on this video, couldn’t have done it without ya buddy!

Oh yeah people will gravitate to such a huge number for one video but firstly it is a huge outlier on the channel, let this be know this is a one off, we’re not doing this every video 🤣 secondly, yup, our entire life has to evolve around the dogs, when the camera turns off, we’ve still got this terrified rescue living with us that needs our help. Oh and thirdly, we didn’t revolve our life around rescuing dogs because it pays so well, we did it because we wanted to help and pioneer the dog rescue niche, but luckily, with you on our side, it does pay well, but that money goes back towards helping more dogs and growing the business anyway, so it’s a win win 🙏

Let one thing be known: We don’t fake numbers. There is literally nothing to gain for JJ in this. I’ve always been proud of how transparent I am with things I CAN share (I don’t share half the things I do), but seeing JJ shared this himself I’m happy to talk about it. Yes. This is very high. No. You can’t replicate it. Unless you are willing to rescue the most broken dogs, have them in your house 24/7, and devote your life to them. JJ and Ella are absolute saints for doing what they do. But don’t get it twisted; their immense sacrifice pays them well, and rightfully so. Don’t try to rescue dogs if you aren’t willing to devote your life to it. Because if you don’t, we’ll make sure your YouTube career in the dog rescue niche is short lived 😂 This is still just the beginning for the Golden Kobe Family, and I am super excited to share more with the world with JJ about this when the time is right.
