@ScottJensenMN @VerizonSupport and I see you had to screenshot? Trying to understand why @VerizonSupport will not allow a download or offer to email the chat transcript after an encounter. That is the norm for every chat support system I have used. I will say they replied in DM and are listening to me. 🤞
