@HelloMissBlow @DVLAgovuk To be honest you're lucky you've had an email. I've had nothing. Not even after I requested someone to call me. Not even a response to my formal complaint and it's been nearly 10 days since I sent that in. Such a poor uncompassionate service for those who are grieving.

I’ve since had an email from a member of staff who having confirmed my all details said she would arrange for this to be emailed to me and that was three days ago. It just isn’t good enough. I’m so sorry that you are in the same position.
