@HeathrowAirport just make you aware of an issue encountered at your long stay carpark on Saturday.
I had pre-booked a 2 week stay and returned on Saturday before the scheduled departure.

I cannot see anything for the 2024/25 academic year. Where do I upload the supporting documents in that case?

@jaypatel9 The PFF2 is a PDF file which you can edit online and then save it. Then it can be uploaded online as well. Thanks, Ross

@SF_England it's been like this for weeks? My daughter has done her bit, and when we try and access the application online, it gives us this error:

@jaypatel9 @SamsungUK I finished up cancelling my order on 28th December. Samsung wouldn't refund the money so after another week I opened a Section 75 case with my credit card provider. Absolutely appalling treatment from everyone I dealt with at @Samsung. Never again

I'm not holding my breath 🤷♂️
