Upon inserting the ticket, I was encountered with a message that I owed £588! Eventually the attendant open the gates after checking the system. Please don't cause my blood pressure to hit the roof like that 😪

@HeathrowAirport just make you aware of an issue encountered at your long stay carpark on Saturday. I had pre-booked a 2 week stay and returned on Saturday before the scheduled departure.

@jaypatel9 @SamsungUK I finished up cancelling my order on 28th December. Samsung wouldn't refund the money so after another week I opened a Section 75 case with my credit card provider. Absolutely appalling treatment from everyone I dealt with at @Samsung. Never again
