When is MSL gonna move Slaf back with Kapa and Demidov? There is only one line that is a threat right now. If they have a bad shift that's basically 5-6 minutes off the clock where you are not gonna score.

@gohabs279 @TeriMadio @GHGMath The "main" reason we made the playoffs last year was because Monty played WAY above his ability...and came back down to earth this season. We are two seasons out from being serious playoff contenders...flukes happen, but we need more pieces that in the pipeline.

@gohabs279 @GHGMath We are 2 years (at least) from being serious contenders, the rebuild is NOT over, there will be several players currently on this team not there in 1-2 seasons, practically our entire bottom six. Kapanen will be our 3C/4C if still here by then. They are 8th in the league!

Since Feb.26, Logan Mailloux averages 22:26 TOI/GP, top-4 mins. This includes 2:00 per game while… short-handed! Meanwhile, since Dec.30, only Veleno (12:12) & Gallagher (12:15) average less TOI than Zach Bolduc (12:48) amongst #Habs forwards. He has no goals since Christmas.

MSL is a terrible coach. Evans misses a wide open tap in and Matheson costed us the season but they never get benched. Has no problem benching Newhook and Demidov though

Habs are 1-3 in their last four games. The one win is in OT. In those four games the Habs have zero goals that are not scored or assisted by the top four guys (Suzuki, Caufield, Slafkovsky, Hutson). The depth scoring has completely disappeared in the most important stretch.

@HabsOnReddit Matheson is either good or bad, there is no in between. Gibson won that game for Detroit…we had so many chances. Guhle is showing signs of life again. Carrier is useless, Struble not much better. Disappointing result.

@robertoblake Oh I don't disagree that everywhere people are much more...dramatic, hateful, spiteful, angry, inflammatory, etc...it is is everywhere. Also, yes, we have to police our SM much more ourselves now to avoid the toxicity. People need to go back to the "got nothing nice to say" era.

Threads has been people trauma dumping and being toxic. BlueSky is just Reddit but more unhinged whenever I open it. Facebook is just people trauma dumping and being political all the time when not needing to post a GoFundMe... It's not X its just social media overall at this point post 2020.

Most of my contemporaries don’t make themselves accessible on this site like they did 5-10 years ago for the longest time… Because too many people here got very comfortable with being rude or throwing around casual disrespect over minor disagreements… Or making EVERYTHING political. It made being accessible and having a REAL conversation with people mostly a liability. If you wonder why it feels like there is. I way to ask for help or direct questions or guidance or get free mentorship that speaks to your specific situation… And why it’s just all content and live streams where you can get that from most online educators now a they don’t engage with the community here, or Reddit, or Discord servers… Or why Bigger Creators barely engage with the comment section and it’s just smaller channels who do so now… And why live streamer pop off just for engaging with Chat… Understand… some people have made engaging with the general public on social media… not worth it for anyone who actually has something to lose… So aside from throw away post or agreeable positions… that’s gone… And it’s a damn shame 😔 Most community interaction at any meaningful level will likely be going to private communities and in-person events over the next 5 years. Streaming will be the social part of social media when it comes to actually engaging with the bigger names. That or people will only or primarily reply to their mutuals.
