@PreetBharara If there’s no “standing”, then why does the Supreme Court grant certiorari? Why take up time in court when the judges reject the case due to standing and offer no guidance on the actual case substance? Shouldn’t standing be considered in granting certiorari?

@PreetBharara In NY, if Trump is convicted of one or more misdemeanors, how might that affect sentencing in other trials if found guilty in those? If it would have a bearing, then does it make sense to try this “lesser” case first when the misdemeanor charges seem easily proven?

@PreetBharara If the Supreme Court rules against affirmative action, what does it do to HBCUs? Would they inherently lose their original purpose and become obsolete?
