This is an amazing chart. The Pacers have been to 10 Conference Finals and 2 NBA Finals while only having 4 draft picks in the top 10 in 35 years! The Pacers have been dedicated to making trades and developing young talent, without getting a top pick for more than 3 decades. Are they not allowed to now try and get a top pick? Every other team in the NBA has done it multiple years in-a-row.
