Robthebank owes over 30 creators who helped blow up his TikTok shop brands. We’ve all been owed for over 6 months now with little to no communication from him. I’m owed over $26k, and I haven’t seen a penny of that. It’s honestly ridiculous that it’s had to come to this .

@mor64n @jayudom1 What you neglect to mention Morgan is that Rob wanted to continue stringing along the creators with the promise of getting paid if we sold all the stock (which wasn’t going to happen as TSG is bankrupt). Instead of taking accountability he just pointed the finger at others

How about you tell everyone why their Amazon got banned. Their mismanagement has nothing to do with us TTS creators. We fulfilled our job for months, and didn’t get paid out. Rob is majority owner of the brand, he’s the face of the brand. Nobody made millions, idk what you’re talking about, everything else is quite irrelevant. You deliberately left out key facts to paint Rob as scammer but conveniently left out all important pieces of how everything turned down: The Reality: Amazon permanently banned TSG's account with hundreds of thousands held in it. They kept investing in inventory thinking it was temporary. By the time they realized it was permanent, they were already deep. TikTok Shop doesn't turn profit for most organic brands you see - it barely breaks even or runs at a loss for the most part. The only reason to run it is Amazon spillover and that's the bottomline for most brands and its very strategic too. Amazon = All Profits, Tiktok Shop = Scaling to have spillover on Amazon. No Amazon = barely any profit, and no business. And then, the brand filed bankruptcy (What I and all of you have heard through announcements). Once they filed bankruptcy, Rob lost control of everything in the brand. All assets, bank accounts, revenue - the lenders took over the assets and everything. Every dollar TikTok Shop generates goes straight to creditors, not Rob. You know this too @thecorgiman, but deliberately omitted it. TSG owes the money, not Rob personally. That's the whole reason why we have LLCs. To protect yourself from liability. He has zero access or control to any of the TSG's assets after bankruptcy was filed. Did you guys lose 100s of thousands of dollars combined? Yes. Did Rob lost the brands that would've sold a few years later at upwards of $100M valuation? Yes. Everyone lost in this situation. However, You guys combined made millions together with TSG too when things were good. Now that the company collapsed through circumstances outside Rob's control for the most part, you're here throwing him under the bus. Am I choosing sides here? Absolutely not. I'm making everyone aware of what really happened. And by the way, You had all this information and chose to hide it. That's very calculated too.

@mor64n Morgan are you slow? I never insinuated he bought chrome off the brand , but if you’re living a lavish lifestyle online, whilst you owe people money, and never communicated how or when you’re going to pay up then you’re a scammer, simple.

This came across the wrong way. You made it sound like Rob took the money and spent it on Chrome Hearts, which just isn’t true. From what I understand, Amazon suddenly suspended the account and froze payouts. Believing it would be reinstated, the team carried on with buying stock and managing operations, expecting creators would receive their payments once payouts resumed. When the account wasn’t reinstated, the funds that would’ve gone to creators remained frozen on the platform. I don’t think it’s fair to call out Rob just because he has a platform and expect him to personally cover losses, when in reality the business itself collapsed overnight.

If this is true, this is sad. I was staring down the barrel of civil and criminal charges with an 8 figure fine, merchant banks ripping $1.5m in reserves, and horrible media coverage... and still paid off multi six figures in affiliate commissions down to the penny before winding down. When you pay off your affiliates and traffic sources even at times like that, they will work with you again. Brutal if this is true, hope it's not. 🤦‍♂️

Damn wasn’t expecting this from RobTheBank. Didn’t he supposedly sell a brand for 30 mil. Even if this particular brand went under, he should be able to afford to pay up. Not doing so is a really shitty thing to do. This is also a stark reminder that things aren’t always as they seem on social media.

All the invoices are dated. So yes, it’s taken a while to get to this point. Also this has nothing to do with the people in the screenshot, they’re just coaches and don’t have access to the back end.

Btw, just Incase anyone thinks I’m lying. I was working for months in good faith thinking I would get paid. Not knowing stuff wasn’t looking good for Top Shelf on the back end. Truth is they kept the campaign going too long trying to recover, we got fucked, and now he’s ducking

One time when i was 22 I was owed over $480,000 in total, split up between 7 affiliates, from a buyer who no-paid me. 12 months later everyone was paid every dime. if ur an affiliate of mine i still pay even when i lose money, have to take out a loan, or ... ROB A BANK
