The track record me and @billionatee are creating with xfgmiami.com is f*cking insane We’re not only extremely proud of what we’ve built so far but also the IMPACT we’ve had in people’s lives. Was just running some numbers for this month and wanted to share a success story of one of our agents This agent worked for another insurance agency before XFG and had not made even one sale in the 3 months he was working there He initially messaged me on TikTok and we hopped on a 15 min call He gives me the rundown of how he hadn’t see much success, but was still hopeful because he’d seen others succeed and knew it was possible, but just hadn’t yet seen those results yet for himself. He asked me: “So, if I come and work with you guys, do you think I’ll be able to make a sale?” I told him YES. “Ok but how soon should I expect to make a sale?” And I answered, bro if you don’t make a sale in your first 2 days, something is massively broken. “Alright, if you’re so confident, I believe you. I’ll give it a shot.” He comes onboard, I listen to the very first inbound call he took and immediately knew there were a lot of changes that needed to be made. But, I knew exactly how to fix them. Day 1: 0 Sales That night I spent an hour and a half on a zoom with him ripping apart this call, literally line by line. The next day, right off the bat we saw a MAJOR improvement from the previous day. But by the end of the day, the scoreboard was the same. Day 2: 0 Sales That night, I did the exact same thing as the night before. But this time I pulled all the calls he took. and again, went line by line ripping them to shreds. The next morning I again saw MASSIVE improvements from the day before. Even though we were still at 0 sales, at least the progress was exponential. - An hour into the day, he made his first sale. - By the end of week one, he was at 3 sales. This was in December. THIS MONTH, he is our top producer with nearly 20 sales, and is on pace to hit 30 sales which will net him a little over $20k in commissions. if you're nervous about raising your prices here's a reframe you're not charging more you're filtering better higher prices attract people who are serious and have budget lower prices attract people who complain about everything and waste your time price is a filter make sure to use it intentionally

most people don't want advice they want validation for what they already decided i’ve probably texted 1000 young entrepreneurs some sauce on how to scale but 90% of them NEVER listened because they just couldn’t you can tell BECAUSE when you give them real advice they argue with you if someone argues with your free advice just say "you're probably right" and move on save your energy for people who actually want to learn
