1. If she threw the pot of water or was in the process of doing so, it should be a justified shoot. Although it probably won't matter to the jury.
2. If the shooter didn't have his body cam on and that's the only footage, he's done.
It's hard to hear what was said, but it sounded like a threat, then I rebuke you in the name of Jesus.
It was impossible to tell if she tried to throw it when she was crouched down without additional footage.
