I read it, and it says "I confirm we are leaving the premises despite being advised against doing so." I say "but we aren't leaving. You just told me we should wait here for 20 minutes, and we are." At the pediatrician: "we need you to sign this Good Faith Estimate. " Me: "I don't see the Estimate." Receptionist: "That is the Good Faith Estimate" Me: "... there is no number. If I sign this, you can charge whatever you want and I have to pay it.
