My statewide precinct shapefile is showing it's age, but here's a first attempt at a precinct level Constitutional Amendment 2 vote. (Black means the precincts have changed and I don't have data). Based on my data, "Yes" won just 63 of the 3,231 precincts in the state.

Clerk's Office response: “We have no intention of keeping polls open later than 6, and we would appreciate if the mayor would refrain from telling us how to do our job. We take this very seriously, and we are very confident that everyone will be able to vote by 6pm today.”
