Dr. Andrew Huberman just confirmed a “wild conspiracy theory” about incandescent lights and LED bulbs. The long wavelengths found in incandescents increase your metabolism and “charge your mitochondria.” Conversely, the LED bulbs that most of you have in your house are “causing disruptions in mitochondrial function.” DR. ANDREW HUBERMAN: “Your mitochondria function better, you increase ATP production, your metabolism increases in the presence of red light, long wavelength light to the skin.” “Shine long wavelength light on somebody, watch blood glucose levels in a blood glucose test, and it’s blunted.” “Now, the LED lights that are commonly used now… that short wavelength light, in the absence of long wavelength light, has been shown to damage the mitochondria.” “This used to be considered crazy. This was like chemtrail crazy, right?” “But now we’re starting to see from animal studies and human studies, from Glenn Jeffreys and others, that people’s vision gets better when they get in front of an incandescent bulb once a day.” “If they get sunlight, which also has long-wavelength light, your vision improves because of improvements in mitochondria.” The Biden administration quietly pushed incandescents out of the market through aggressive energy regulations. But you can still find them online today if you look hard enough. If that health insight stood out to you, there’s a lot more where that came from. (See post below) This page finds the moments they don’t want going viral, with captions that tell you exactly why they matter before you even hit play. See why 2 million already follow: @VigilantFox

Internationally recognized neuroscientist Dr. Andrew Huberman reveals a surprising trick to help you fall back asleep when you wake up in the middle of the night. “I can’t promise, but I’m willing to wager… that within five minutes or so, you’ll be back to sleep.”

@WallStreetMav San Diego attitude - does it have a view? If yes, buy, knock down all but 1 wall, and rebuild for a lot of profit. You'd be surprised how often that happens.

There is a potentially hilarious California Governor primary election underway. They have a jungle primary where the top 2 (regardless of party) advance to the general election. 2 Republicans and 8 Democrats. The 2 Republicans are leading in the polls and might be the top two candidates for Governor of California in the general election. The 8 Democrats are splitting the Democrat votes so much that none of them are in the top 2. Steve Hilton and Chad Bianco are the two Republicans running.
Wall Street Mav@WallStreetMav

Due to quirk in the California primary, there is a chance of two Republicans finishing in 1st and 2nd and being the candidates for Gov of California. Steve Hilton and Chad Bianoco are polling in 1st and 2nd place, followed by 8 Democrats. The top 2 in the jungle primary, regardless of party affiliation, go to the general election. The primary is June 2nd, 2026. If you thought Gavin Newsome was bad, the Democrats have people like Katie Porter and Eric Swallwell leading.

Holy crap, this is crazy.. 🚨 Jeffrey Epstein was collaborating with Bitcoin developer biohacker and transhumanist Bryan Bishop to create 'the first live birth of a human “designer baby” and human cloning within five years, and was conducting initial experiments in UKRAINE “Sounds like you could be the first investor as long as absolute anonymity is kept. I have always envisioned there would be anonymity requirements about babies-- we can't publicly identify who these are or their parents or benefactors, it would brand the child as (essentially, and sadly) a freak for life in the media. So I had always assumed the investor would need absolute anonymity, for these kinds of products. So the financial structure needs to be designed with these details in mind.” “This gets us out of our self-funded "garage biology" phase to the first live birth of a human designer baby, and possibly a human clone, within 5 years. Once we reach the first birth, everything changes and the world will never be the same again, much less the future of the human species”

My jaw dropped and I literally gasped watching this El Cajon Mayor Bill Wells exposes the California ‘Homeless Task Force’ is who decides who gets the money for homelessness “Who serves on that homeless task force? All the heads of the NGOs” getting the money READ THAT AGAIN “Oh my God. So the NGOs get to make the decisions about where the money is spent” “Exactly right.” “The county board says, we have no idea how much it's spent. To make matters worse, they're in conjunction with a Homeless Task force The people who are on that Homeless Task Force decide where all the money goes. Well, guess who serves on that homeless task force? All the heads of the NGOs.”

A lot of people would like me to stop asking questions right now. That’s because I started asking a simple one: Where has the homelessness money gone in San Diego County? I asked the Board of Supervisors for an accounting. What came back were pages of numbers — but no real answers. So now I’m taking the next step and sending a formal request to the Regional Task Force on Homelessness, the group that receives the money and decides how it’s spent through nonprofits — often with NGOs voting on funding for other NGOs. The San Diego Taxpayers Association, other watchdogs, and even the County have asked for this information — without success. Transparency matters if we’re serious about solving homelessness.I’m linking all the correspondence in the comments and will keep you updated. If you have insight or ideas, let’s work on this together.

Pete: “WTF is this thing, Elon?? This looks like it came out of a sci-fi movie.” Elon: “That’s the point. Best part is no part.” Pete: “No part?? I’m looking at the most insane engine I’ve ever seen.” Elon: “Exactly. We removed everything that didn’t absolutely need to be there. Less complexity. Less failure. More power.” Pete: “There’s no way this thing actually works.” Elon: “Oh, it works. And this engine is what’s going to power Starship. 39 of them will be needed. 33 Raptor engines for Super Heavy Booster and 6 Raptor engines for Starship.” Pete: “39?!!! You’re telling me this is the thing that gets humans to Mars?” Elon: “Yep. This is how we will help make life multi-planetary.” Pete: “So while everyone else is arguing about paperwork, you’re over here building engines to leave the planet.” Elon: “Pretty much. Physics doesn’t care about opinions.” Pete: “This is crazy… history in the making. But I mean… come on. This feels unreal.” Elon: “Oh, it’s very real. And with this thing…” Pete: “Yeah?” Elon: “We’re going to make Star Trek real.” Pete: “Elon… you are someone I’ve never met. I believe in you. LFG, I got your back.”

Over 11 billion gallons of water have been released from Lake Hodges in the last two years because the California Department of Dam Safety mandated the lake level remain at 280 feet. But the Citizens Advisory Committee for the San Dieguito River Park has unanimously approved raising the level of Lake Hodges 13 more feet. They believe this will prevent a devastating North County wildfire like we are seeing in Pacific Palisades. There’s a less than 0.1% risk of dam failure over the next decade but the risk of a wildfire is 500X greater. Visit the Citizens Advisory Committee for the San Dieguito River Park sdrp.org/cac/ Demand that our elected officials make this a priority and raise the water level in Lake Hodges now—not push it out until 2029.
