@IHGCorporate I paid for a room at Candlewood suites. June 13-14 they gave me a disgusting wet moldy room and when I complained, they tried to offer me points as if I would ever stay there no room replacement and no refund. This is un acceptable. I want a full refund.

@Candlewood I booked a room from June 13 to June 14. Your company gave me a wet moldy disgusting room with no alternative and no refund. You offered me points as if I would ever stay at your establishment ever again. This is unacceptable. I want a full refund.
