@gomes hiPSC-derived muscle cells embedded in fibrin hydrogels can be grown for 2 to 4 weeks. We do this routinely in the lab and would be happy to help!

Anyone can point me to a cellular system of skeletal myotubes/myofibers that can be kept in culture for multiple weeks? Thanks
